quiet and good location of hotel

small rooms, paid wi-fi (though the pro reservation has been written that it's free), lots of dust.

The suite room was really comfortable. Loved the bathroom interior. When they made a mistake and gave us double instead of twin, we received a free bed. Breakfast was fairly good. Last day we've left our bags at the safe room in the hotel for the whole day and left the hotel for a walk to return back only in the evening. That was really nice of them.

Hotel staff made a mistake and reserved for us double instead of twin. When we arrived they couldn't do anything about it, because there were no free rooms left. Taking a shower was really funny with hot and cold water changing every 30 seconds. I wish I could take my breakfast with me to the city after I slept it over, but the the woman at the cafe told me that my breakfast is already gone. Sad.

Hotel very bad, without conveniences, service very bad. I do not advise this hotel

Olny locaton in the city (for car travelers). Also good thing to be near supermarket O'key and metro station.

In rooms bed furniture and durty carpets. Everywhere in the room awful smell of smoking and old used things. Toilet and Bath for standard rooms only in the end of hall. Internet wi-fi didn't work. I never book this hotel again.

This hotel is rather a budget one, but our double room with private bath & toilet was kept in a good condition. Last but not least, there is a small armenian shop on the Reshetnikov street which sells great and freshly cooked lavash-bread right from the oven! Very tasty! :)

Strong smell of old water-tubes in the room, broken shower door which was not possible to close completely, noise from outside in the morning.

Quiet location, only some underground station from the city centre. Tasty breakfast

Smoking smell in the room. Free Wifi only in the bar and close to it.

The metro station Electrosila was walkable and Tourist Spots are well connected by Metro

There receptionist did not english, so had to use sign languages. Very difficult for tourist who doesnt know russian

Tourist Hotel has very good location, the staff is very frendly. We arrived for 2 hours before check in and we have to wait but administrator said that it is not a problem to take rooms right now.

Breakfasts were pretty well and also i liked business-lunched - cheap and tasty

Where was no elevator and it was not easy to get luggage to the 4th floor

the room we was shown was not as booked ie 4 camp beds no facilities in the room was offered a alternatif which we took at an extra 3000 roubles for 2 nights

- Quite good location not far from the metro station Elektrosila - Breakfast in the Cafe on the 2nd floor: tea, coffee, milk, blinčiky (pancakes) with condensed milk or marmalade, sausages, salami, cheese, porridge etc. - Toilets and bathrooms cleaned during the day, always tidy

- Bad smell in the room (like a musty smell) - Mattress with protruded springs, dusty furniture and carpet - Tattered bed linen - Shared toilets and bathrooms
